Slavia Prague were just seconds away from clinching the Czech title when their fans decided to start the party early.
Hundreds of Slavia supporters stormed the pitch, forcing the Sparta Prague players to flee down the tunnel. The match was subsequently postponed and Slavia will have to wait to lift the trophy.
